Who we are
This rental application is operated by Residential Lease Application, which manages the rental property you are applying for.
What we collect
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Whether you have a credit score, and the score you report
- Desired Move-in Date
- Your gender and marital status
- Whether you smoke
- Whether you have a vehicle
- Whether you have pets, and pet details
- A profile photo, if you choose to upload one (optional)
- Your current street address, city, state and ZIP code
- Whether you have been convicted of a felony, and details if so
- Your chosen payment plan and method, and the payment screenshot you upload
This form does not ask for your Social Security number, identity documents, or bank or card numbers. Uploaded images (payment screenshot and optional photo) are stored privately and are never publicly accessible.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use your answers only to review your rental application, check that the home suits your needs (for example move-in timing, parking and pet policies), and contact you about your application.
We consider applications in accordance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
Who can see it
Your application is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized staff through a password-protected admin area. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct, provide a copy of, or delete your application, or withdraw it at any time, by contacting us.
